Who doesn’t love a good soak session with some scented candles and tasteful music?
Yes, mommies! You can now have some ‘me’ time with our Epsom salts for postpartum.
The tenderness in your vaginal area will not cease quickly. It will take some coaxing and mother care before it fades away slowly. Epsom bath salts are known to ease hemorrhoid pain, muscle pain, itching, and soreness among some other of its breast care benefits.
Why use Epsom salt sachets for postpartum?
Epsom bath salts are best used during the first few weeks after birth. The magnesium and vital minerals contained in our sachets improve blood flow in the perineal area, facilitating healing and reducing swelling.
This breastfeeding essential additionally soothes you from all that stretching during childbirth, along with relieving the pain of a tear or episiotomy (if any). It helps soothe any itching near your stitches, and also heals hemorrhoids.
It also doesn’t hurt to keep things clean down there, which an Epsom salt bath can help with!
We boast the best Epsom salt for postpartum since now there has to be no measuring and pouring. Instead, we have done it for you to sum it all up in one sachet. Which is all you need for one bath session!
Convenient, isn’t it?
Ingredients: Our Epsom salt sachets contain Magnesium sulfate, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, and mentha viridis leaf oil (spearmint).
How to use:
As instructed above, mothers need only tear open a sachet and pour it into a bathtub full of warm (not hot) water. Do be sure to properly sanitize your tub and fill it with at least 3 inches of water. These salts can also be used in a sitz bath instead.
Soak in bliss for 15-20 minutes for the best effects. If there are stitches in your perineal area, ensure to consult your doctor on how long to soak. Too much water may render them feeble and prone to tearing.
Product care:
Store your sachets in a glass jar or plastic bottle in a cool dry place if you’d prefer. Keep them away from any areas with sunlight or where water can be split, eventually ruining your product.
Note: Consult your doctor or midwife before you use this product.
