Why do you need a curated hospital essentials bag for labor when you have a curated by a Midwife itself!
Every expectant mother must arm herself with a hospital bag for delivery. And you must prepare in advance if you don’t wish to have your loved ones scurrying around for help when the baby is coming. This is where our convenient Birthing Box comes in.
Our Birthing Box is of use for natural birth and c-section mothers; we think of everything. The painful contractions along with the birth itself can exhaust the mother’s body a great deal, and having a curated checklist sent to your doorstep can be a boon.
How to use:
- Postpartum pads are to be used like sanitary napkins - our adhesive is extra strong so the pads don’t shift - remove stickers and paste onto your underwear.
- The instant postpartum ice pads should be broken in from the middle - remove the sticker and apply like a regular sanitary napkin.
- Mattress protector pads are much like a bedsheet - simply place on the bed according to the coverage you prefer - use throughout the night.
- A little ‘tub spa’ for mommy while her perineum heals quickly - use in warm water (not hot) and soak for 15-20 minutes.
- Sit or lie on your birthing ball, while doing the exercises your doctor suggests - don’t forget to inflate it first.
- A squirt bottle is best used when peeing - use the angled nozzle to clean out your perineum properly - mix witch hazel in water to quicken healing.
- The witch hazel gel can be applied onto inflamed, irritated skin, or wounded skin (perineum) like a cream - can be used along with cooling pads.
- Begin with a low setting on your TENS machine, consult your doctor on the same - you can accelerate the shockwaves with the controller.
- Double-sided grip socks can be used during and after labor alike.
Note: Always consult your doctor or midwife before using any delivery products.
Product care:
Keep your hospital essentials clean and well cared for. Check for the expiration date before use. Do not use any products with open packaging.
